One day in Abu Dhabi - ich sag nur: 42 Grad Celsius!!!

Auf zu einem neuen Abenteuer!

Ja, es ist eine Weile her, dass ich etwas hier geschrieben habe. Daran ist hauptsächlich der Berliner Alltagsstress Schuld. Um dem zu entfliehen und ein bisschen Ordnung in meine chaotische Gedankenwelt, die man als frisch gebackener Bachelorabsolvent vermutlich immer hat, zu bringen, habe ich mich aufgemacht, einen anderen Teil der Welt zu erkunden, dieses Mal in Asien.
Ich sitze gerade am Flughafen in Abu Dhabi und fliege heute Abend weiter nach Shanghai, um dort eine Freundin zu besuchen. Nach einer Woche dort werde ich dann weiterfliegen nach Bali/Indonesien. Da mir bis zum Abflug noch mehr als 14 Stunden bleiben, werde ich mich gleich aufmachen, Abu Dhabi und die arabische Welt ein wenig unsicher zu machen. Zum Glück bekommt man hier direkt am Flughafen ein Touristenvisum und muss dieses nicht, wie für China, im Voraus beantragen. Ich halte euch auf dem Laufenden und werde versuchen, nachher schon ein paar Fotos zu posten.

I know, It was a while ago I actually posted something here. Main reason for that was everyday stress in Berlin. In conclusion, I needed a break and time to organize my thoughts of what I want to do with my life after graduating. Time to travel again, this time to Asia.

Right now, I’m sitting at the Abu Dhabi International airport, waiting for my flight to Shanghai where I’m going to visit a friend of mine. After one week there, my next stop will be Bali. Because I still have 14 hours until departure, I’m about to leave the airport and to explore the city of Abu Dhabi. Luckily, it’s quite easy to get a tourist visa directly here at the airport. For China, I had to make an application for visa in advance. I will keep you updated and I will try to upload a few pictures later.
